All special orders must be placed at least two days in advance. We cannot always guarantee our availability during busy times — we sometimes are booked a week in advance, especially on weekends and holidays. Because all items are fresh and custom ordered, we limit the amount of work we commit to. We will try to accommodate last minute needs through our showcase.

We can make suggestions based on your preferences and what you think your guests will enjoy eating. Provided you are ordering a large enough cake, you’ll be able to have a different combination for each tier.

All Wedding, Anniversary and Rolled Fondant cakes, over 100 servings will be delivered and set up free of charge, if your venue is within 15 miles of our shop. A delivery fee will be added for venues outside this area.
Wedding, Anniversary and Rolled Fondant Cakes: Payment is required in full 2 weeks prior to your event date.

No. This will simply dry the cake out. We recommend using clear plastic wrap to cover the area that has been cut into.
Usually dropping the number of servings you need is a sure fire way to bring the cost down. If the design you have your eye on includes hand crafted figurines or detailed objects, cutting back on the number of those elements will help as well. There are a few ways to bring costs down, and they are specific to each request. DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK. We are not going to assume you want to simplify your design because of cost; we are going to provide you with an accurate estimate based on the information you provide us with.
Our Wedding, Anniversary and Rolled Fondant cakes are individually priced based on the complexity of their design. Because every project is unique, it’s nearly impossible to give an exact price on the spot. What we can do is give you a ballpark price based on the number of servings you’d like and a general idea for a theme. For weddings, we meet in person to go over ideas within your budget and together we can determine the perfect option for you. We have a starting price per serving that will be discussed in person or over the phone. Our Layered Round and Sheet Cake, Cupcake, and Specialty Desserts have a set price that changes only when adding a filling, premium icing, additional layers, or an extraordinary design.
We tend to book weddings a year in advance. At times our all occasion orders book 4-7 days in advance. That said, we might have an opening this weekend, so please inquire! To ensure we are available for your event, please order as soon as possible. All orders must be placed 48 hours prior to pick up.
To make sure you have a specific dessert for your event, please place an order. If it’s a last minute idea, stop in and choose from one of the many options in our showcase. Our goal is to never say no, but to ensure a yes, please order ASAP. All orders must be made through our website. If you are visiting our shop to place an order, you will be asked to place your order through our website using the tablets provided in our community room.
